Notice of Completion
Tracking 180-day completion windows for all approved projects
Per §2.10 Completion of Work: All approved projects must be completed within 180 days of approval. Upon completion, the homeowner must submit a Notice of Completion (NOC) to the ARC. Work not completed within 180 days requires a written extension request submitted before the deadline.
