The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews all requests for modifications to homes and property within the Pacific Knolls Homeowners Association (PKHOA).
About the ARC
The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for maintaining community aesthetics and property values by reviewing and approving home improvement and modification requests. All exterior changes to your home or property must be approved before work begins.

The committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Pacific Knolls Community Center, Room A. Homeowners are welcome to attend.
